NOOSA TENNIS CLUB – CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
These Conditions of Entry apply to all players, parents, spectators, coaches, contractors, and visitors (“you”) entering the grounds and facilities of Noosa Tennis Club (“the Club”). By entering the premises, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. General Conduct
You must behave in a respectful, responsible, and sportsmanlike manner at all times.You must follow the instructions of Club staff, officials, coaches, and authorised representatives.Abusive, aggressive, or antisocial behaviour toward staff, players, or other patrons will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
2. Court Use
Courts may only be used with a valid booking, during operating hours, or with permission from Club staff.You must commence and finish your session strictly within your allocated time.Appropriate tennis attire and non-marking shoes are required on court.No food, glass, bikes, scooters, or pets (except service animals) are permitted on court.
3. Safety & Risk
You enter the Club and participate in tennis activities at your own risk.Ensure courts are safe prior to play (e.g., dry surfaces, no obstacles).Report hazards, injuries, or unsafe behaviour to Club staff immediately.Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult unless attending a supervised coaching program.
4. Facility Care
You must keep all Club areas clean and dispose of rubbish in provided bins.Damage to Club property, equipment, or courts—whether intentional or through misuse—may result in repair charges.Do not adjust court nets, lighting, or equipment unless authorised.
5. Prohibited Behaviour
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:Smoking or vaping anywhere on Club grounds.Consumption of alcohol except in designated licensed areas.Playing under the influence of drugs or alcohol.Offensive language, harassment, bullying, or discrimination.Commercial activity, coaching, or photography without permission.
6. Coaching & Programs
Only approved and authorised coaches may conduct lessons or group sessions at the Club.Participants must comply with program rules, safety requirements, and instructions from coaches.
7. Spectators & Parents
Spectators must remain off court unless invited by a coach or staff member.Parents must not interfere with coaching sessions or matches.Supportive, positive behaviour is expected at all times.
8. Bookings, Cancellations & Weather
Bookings must be made through approved Club systems.Wet weather may impact play; the Club reserves the right to close courts at any time for safety or maintenance.Refunds or credits for washed-out sessions follow the Club’s stated policy (add your details if needed).
9. Photography & Media
The Club may take photos or video during events or programs for promotional purposes.If you do not consent to being photographed, you must notify staff in advance.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected by the Club is handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws.Information collected for bookings, coaching programs, or memberships will only be used for Club operations.
11. Removal from Premises
The Club reserves the right to:Remove any person who breaches these Conditions of Entry.Suspend or cancel bookings, memberships, or program participation.Refuse entry where necessary for safety, welfare, or operational reasons.
12. Amendments
The Club may update these Conditions of Entry at any time. The latest version will always apply.
